Human fitness without medicine
Let me start with the first point that I want to consider when I write this article. The idea is not related to a health problem or exercise but rather to our lifestyle. Our diet might be different depending on the type of our activity and our environment, but generally, all that matters is what we eat and how we eat it. So, if we have more fiber in our diet, we are healthier. If we get less protein in our diet, we become weak. We can see how important that notion really is. Even if we are obese or suffering from type 2 diabetes, we are still able to do physical exercises. So, there is no need for our lifestyle to change drastically or stop existing. And what is most significant in my point, the main factor to this question is nutrition. Nutrition is a very big issue for this article, so I will try to keep it as brief as possible so that if you have something else in mind, feel free to leave it in the comments (I know that you will find it interesting :)).
It is obvious that we cannot live alone when
we talk about nutrition. Not sure why we need another definition but let me
give only one. A diet refers to food selection patterns that allow people the
freedom to choose their nutritional intake. In other words, a diet can refer to
an entire array of foods, which means that we can go through our whole day
without eating anything (some examples are coffee, wine, and tea). Since I
mentioned only one example, I am not going to continue here without giving many
others as well. But I would like to provide two.
One of them is sugar. That's what everyone knows. We all hear
constantly "sugar-free" or "zero sugar". You can probably
guess by now that it is mostly fake news, but I'm writing about a real fact. It
has nothing to do with being healthy or losing weight, but instead about having
fewer calories. What a terrible thing to hear. As a diabetic, myself, I was
able to lose around 400 pounds over my life. In this article, we will look at
how we could lose an even higher number of calories than that. Of course, you will
ask, "how?" Well, for the reason that our body does not make itself
healthy. Most Americans usually, even those who are aware of it, would like to
avoid doing the necessary research because they are afraid of dying from
diabetes or heart disease. So when we talk about nutrition as an approach, it's
actually just a way to do it easier. Like this, a nutrition plan is a guide to
help us select the right types of foods and drinks, like this, and also with
meal planning. I don't remember the term "meal plan", though I think
it is used almost everywhere. Regardless of what I heard it, I agree that we
need nutrition to improve our physical fitness. These are, obviously, very hard
things for people, but to me, it seems that they are the better alternatives to
exercising or eating healthy. Especially those who are already addicted to
these kinds of habits. People know exactly where they should go to improve
their physical health, just by reading nutrition advice and following a
nutrition plan. When it comes to the benefits of nutrition, I will list a few
things, but I am not going to explain everything and go over it. Just know that
it does not take long and involves a lot of effort and self-control. For those
reasons, I hope that I am able to convince you to follow your nutrition plan.
One last piece to my point, the word nutrition
is not always associated with the same meanings. Some people may think that
nutrients are a set of chemicals (like vitamins), which is wrong and dangerous.
However, I believe they are used in the correct sense and in a good context.
They should also be viewed as a tool for improving our health. This is the case
in this article and many other articles like it because nutrition and fitness
are very closely related, and our current state of nutrition and fitness is
pretty horrendous, which makes us unfit for everyday activities. So with all my
points, I understand that nutrition and fitness are a concept much bigger than
this article. No need to worry, we will never completely change our nutrition.
But in terms of health or fitness, it is essential to consume more fiber, less
salt, a little more protein, and less water. None of those are impossible.
These three points are basic and common sense for anyone who wants a decent
daily routine that allows for healthy living without any problems. Those are
the main points I will consider when I come to other topics and approaches.
Maybe I will write a separate post about other aspects like meditation, yoga, and exercise, etc. These three points really are all you need. Do not waste
time and effort, instead, use them! There is nothing to be ashamed of!
